Engineering
Our engineering services focus on developing practical and efficient project solutions that meet operational, technical, and budgetary requirements. We conduct site assessments to understand project needs, define project scope, and coordinate basic engineering and design activities.
Our team assists with equipment sizing and selection, preparation of technical specifications, bills of quantities, equipment layouts, installation planning, and the development of method statements and supporting project documentation to ensure successful project execution.
Procurement
Power Axis Projects manages the procurement process by sourcing suitable equipment and materials from reputable manufacturers and suppliers. We coordinate technical evaluations, review supplier proposals, and assemble complete project equipment packages tailored to client requirements.
Our procurement services also include vendor documentation management, inspection and quality-document coordination where required, logistics planning, delivery management, and the consolidation of multiple suppliers to ensure efficiency, cost control, and timely project delivery.
Construction & Installations
We provide comprehensive construction and installation services covering mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, piping, pumping, and flow-control systems.
Our experienced teams undertake equipment installation, valve and pump installations, industrial piping works, instrumentation and control system installations, plant modifications, and equipment replacement projects. Supporting fabrication activities, site supervision, and project coordination are carried out to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
Testing, Commissioning & Handover
Our involvement continues through the testing, commissioning, and handover phases to ensure systems operate as intended. We perform pre-commissioning inspections, functional testing, system start-up support, and commissioning activities to verify performance and operational readiness.
Where required, we provide operator familiarisation and training to facilitate smooth system adoption. Comprehensive close-out documentation and formal handover procedures are completed to ensure clients receive a fully functional and properly documented installation.
